(3) Avoid listening to music with the speaker turned on

So if you listen to music, use headphones.
(4) Turn up the phone ringtone
Loud ringing of phone ringtones in the workplace is also a very disturbing issue. Don’t let the sound of your phone disturb your colleagues who are concentrating on work. (5) Avoid taking your phone in the restroom
Many people take their phones with them when they go to the restroom. Taking your phone in the restroom is a point that should be avoided not only in the office, but everywhere.
